Manage a team of 40 data scientists, MBAs, engineers, and database managers responsible for optimizing the return on investment of Huntington’s marketing spend, indirect automobile lending pricing, and the distribution network. Responsible for developing test designs, ensuring tests are statistically relevant, and ensuring that production levels are maintained. Responsible for statistical analysis of marketing campaigns to determine Return on Investment and the best tactics to optimize the return. Developed a process for determining the incremental lift of media. Developed a method for global optimization of the marketing budget.

Battelle, Research Leader, Manager (Columbus, OH) January 2005 - April 2015

Led large projects over the whole project lifecycle across the spectrum of data mining, data science, statistical analysis, risk assessment, risk management, algorithm development, software development, systems architecture, simulation, and high performance computing.

Developed professional and academic training programs to develop students into Navy and Marine Corps Officers. Nominated as the instructor of the year for the Naval Service Training Command.

Nuclear Engineer, Submarine Officer (Kings Bay, GA) January 2000 - August 2002

Directly responsible for up to 30 personnel on a submarine in a highly regulated environment. Championed Navy policies and procedures, and developed effective processes to ensure safety and compliance. Responsible to the Commanding Officer for the operation of a submarine and its nuclear reactor during shutdown and at power operations.
